Do you offer both hourly and monthly packages?
Yes! I offer flexible pay-as-you-go hourly support, as well as monthly retainer packages with a set number of hours. Retainers guarantee my availability each month.
Can I book you for a one-off project?
Definitely! I offer project-based packages for training coordination, events, or admin tasks. This is ideal if you don’t need ongoing support but want help with a specific project.
How do you track the time you spend on my tasks?
I use reliable time-tracking software (Toggl ) and provide a detailed report with your invoice so you can see exactly where your hours went.
How will we communicate?
I can adapt to your preferred tools — whether that’s email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or another platform. We’ll agree on the best communication method before starting.
What if I need more hours than my package includes?
No problem — additional hours can be added at my standard hourly rate (£30/hour). I’ll always let you know when you’re close to your package limit so there are no surprises.
How do payments work?
For retainer packages, a 50% deposit is required to book your spot, with the remaining balance due once all hours are completed. For ad-hoc or project work, I’ll send an invoice after the tasks are finished. Payments can be made easily via bank transfer.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Absolutely. I take confidentiality seriously and am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your business information stays private.
